Melius represents the alignment of our experiences in recruitment, education, HR and consultancy.

It is born from the professional expertise of our leadership team and the experience of organisations we have worked with who indicated that a key aspect of business growth is to be able to find the right people in the first place.

The shortage of key recruitment skills and the cost of an empty desk is one prime reason hampering many organisations desire to scale up. 

By creating Melius as a career development organisation, we have built a framework to unlock growth by addressing skills shortages, lack of developmental opportunities and short-termism in workforce design.

Recruitment Consultant role focussed on fulfilment of recruitment projects for retained and exclusive contingent clients.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter from a professional or technical background to join Melius Search.  
Your skills will enable you to quickly develop rapport with our clients and source suitable candidates for the projects you lead.

Career Choices Consultant

Base to £30,000 First Year OTE £60,000
Recruitment Consultant role focussed on enabling highly skilled niche candidates to make their next career move.
This role as part of the Melius Search team is designed for a candidate focussed consultant with experience in supporting professionals and executives to secure senior roles.  Your research and negotiation skills will enable you to successfully introduce our candidates to potential employers.
